Supporting Insulators

Supporting Insulators suitable for fixing the current-carrying elements of the electric equipment and distribution systems. Work in systems with voltage up to 10 kV. The insulator is made of a special form of electrical ceramics, thus yielding a product with high dielectric properties.

Firing porcelain insulator housing, Supporting Insulators conducted at a high temperature, which enables to obtain a dense structure. Heat treatment is carried out twice: the first time - only porcelain, the second time after the application of the enamel, which serves to protect the ceramics from external influences.
