JCZR-12 series indoor withdrawable AC Vacuum Contactor 3 polesis suitable for the AC electric system, of which the frequency is 50~60 Hz, rated working voltage of 12 kV (or 7.2 kV), for direct or remote on-off control of the main circuits.
This series of vacuum contactors can be mounted in the switchgear to form F-C circuit, matched with integrate protection device. It is used for making and breaking the load of AC H.V. motors, transformers, and capacitors in the power-plants, industrial and mining establishments. It also has functions of over-load protection and short-circuit protection. This combined appliance can be used in tri-phase power system of AC 50Hz.

WORKING CONDITIONS
1) Ambient temperature: Maximum ambient air temperature not exceeds ＋40℃; averaged air temperature within 24 hours not exceeds ＋35℃; minimum ambient temperature to be not lower than -15℃.
2) Altitude above sea level: altitude above sea level of the installation place not exceeds 1,000 m.
3) Relative humidity: relative humidity of the atmospheric air not exceeds 50% when the ambient air temperature is ＋40℃; higher relative humidity is allowed when the air temperature is lower, daily averaged relative humidity not exceeds 95%; maximum monthly averaged relative humidity is 90% when the averaged air temperature is ＋20℃in most humid months. Having taken into account the condensation dew on the surface of the product due to the temperature variation.
4) Working conditions: the places where are without the invasion of rain or snow, without open fire and explosive danger, without chemical corrosions and strong vibration.
WORKING PRINCIPLES
- In the contactor-fuse combined appliance, fuse is upper and contactor is lower, both are installed on the trolley.
- Fuse is installed at the power-supply side of contactor.
- Fuse striker operating will drive the contactor electric open, and the closing circuit be cut off.
- The trolley in-and-out adopts lead-screw feeding mechanism, which can realize closing-door operation.
- Interlocking function is complete, and the design is reasonable.
